In my 20 years as a nutritionist, I’ve specialized in working with individuals of all ages who suffer from obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and more. I have a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University. My dietetic internship was at Mount Sinai Medical Center and I am an accredited member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and The American Association of Diabetes Educators. I’m also a Pampered Chef consultant who loves healthy cooking and entertaining. As someone who is kosher, I understand the challenges of food preparation and consumption. I teach people how to take the food they’re already eating and alter it so it can be the most beneficial to your health and longevity. When I’m not helping people make positive changes in their diet, I’m raising four girls alongside my husband. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
